“Reform Performed: Aquino, Corruption, and Change in the Philippines” is a public lecture by Dr. Mark R. Thompson, Director of the Southeast Asia Research Center and professor of politics at the City University of Hong Kong. This lecture was held last 15 April 2013, from 10 to 11:30 in the morning, at the UP Third World Studies Center, Lower Ground Floor, Palma Hall, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, UP Diliman. This lecture was organized by the Office of the Former UP President Francisco Nemenzo, the UP Diliman Department of Political Science, and the UP Third World Studies Center.
